We at Midnight Mirrors pride ourselves in getting all our goods to all of our customers in excellent condition. To enable us to do this we use two methods of delivery. We use our own fleet of drivers and vans ensuring that the very best of care is taken with your item as well as working with one of the best 2 man delivery companies in the UK. We currently have a damage rate of less than 2% of all goods that we send out.

 

Large items are sent out with our own team or a 2 man fragile delivery goods company. You will get a call prior to delivery to advise you of a delivery date and time slot. You will also receive a call on the day if you require.

 

Please note that 95% of our deliveries are made using our own team or our 2 man fragile delivery goods company. However some of our goods can be sent safely through one of the UK’s biggest parcel companies and these items will arrive to you the next day.

 

Despite the ever increasing fuel costs and tax we still offer all of delivers to most of the UK for ONLY £9.95.

 

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally


1. Our £9.95 delivery only covers England, Wales and parts of Scotland, this excludes the Highlands and Islands. If you require a delivery to the Highland or Islands then please email prior to placing your order so that we can contact you to arrange delivery costs.


2. After goods have been collected from Midnight Mirrors delivery time will depend on the courier and location. Should you have the need for an item to delivered for specific date please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm that we will be able to get the goods to you in time. If we need to order items in this may add to the time in which you will receive your goods. But if you do need goods within a certain time frame then please do not hesitate to contact us as we will do all we can to help you get the items.


3. Midnight Mirrors hold no liability if delivery periods or dates are not met for whatever reason.


4. Deliveries are made as standard to ground floor access only. However should there be a need to deliver to anything other than ground floor access, please inform us of this when placing your order.


5. If you wish to make a claim for non delivery this should be made to Midnight Mirrors in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.


6. If you wish to make a claim on damaged goods please contact us via telephone within 24 hours of delivery and then within 48 hours by email stating the nature of the damage and providing photographic evidence before we will issue a returns number.


7. If you wish to make a claim on the discrepancies of any goods then please contact us via telephone within 24 hours of delivery and then within 48 hours via email stating the nature of the discrepancies.


Returns/Cancellations


We hope that after a purchase has been made that you are happy with the Goods received. But in the unfortunate event that you are not and you would wish to return any item to us, we will be happy to exchange or offer a refund, this will be subject to the following conditions:

 

1. The goods must not have already been installed or used in any way.


2. If you wish to return goods to us, it must be within 7 days after delivery, it must be in the original packaging.


3. Once the goods have been delivered and you decided you no longer want them, then you will be responsible for returning them to us at your own cost. They must be in the original packaging and in a re - saleable condition. Once we have received the cancelled goods, we will check that we are satisfied they are in a re-saleable condition and a refund will be processed within 7 working days.


4. It is the customers responsibility to obtain proof of delivery and receipt of any returned items.


5. The customer must contact Midnight Mirrors before returning any goods. You can do this by emailing: support@midnightmirrors.co.uk to obtain a returns number.


6. Special order/Bespoke goods, which have been made to order specifically for you, can only be returned if faulty or damaged. If this should happen then a replacement will be supplied.


7. A refund will only be given once the returned goods have been received.


8. Postal or carriage charges will not be refunded, where applicable, in the event of a customer returning goods. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.
