Midnight Mirrors provides free delivery Monday to Saturday
(except Bank Holidays), between 8.00am and 6pm to addresses within the UK mainland.
For all addresses outside of the mainland there will be an additional charge.
Receiving Your Delivery
A signature will be required to confirm receipt of
delivery. If this is not possible, a notice will be left stating that an
attempt was made to deliver your goods with a contact number in order for you
to arrange another delivery time. Please note added cost may be incurred should
another attempt fail.
If you know that you will not be home at the time of delivery, we can deliver
to a neighbour or leave the item somewhere at your property on your
instructions. This may be done entirely at your own risk. Midnight Mirrors and
our courier service cannot be held responsible for these items after delivery
has been made.
Returns In the event of dissatisfaction with a product, the item must be
returned within 7 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please note that
you are responsible for the item(s) and packaging until it is received by
us. Midnight Mirrors withhold the right to refund if the goods are returned
damaged due to insufficient packaging. We are happy assist with the arrangement
of returned goods where possible. Please note the customer is responsible for
the cost of returning goods and refund fees of approx 5% incurred by the credit
card refund transaction.
Orders to be shipped to mainland UK typically arrive
between 10-14 days. In cases where Midnight Mirrors cannot guarantee a
specified delivery time, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.
You may cancel your order if you do not wish to wait. Delivery times may vary
for orders shipped to addresses outside mainland UK. Orders may be cancelled at any
time before they have been despached for standard items.
For items that are to be made to a customers own specification, all out of pocket
expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation will be payable. All Cancellations
will incur a 10% processing fee or £20 which ever is the greater.
