Below you will see the answers to our most frequently asked questions.

 

Midnight Mirrors endeavor to get your goods to you in a timely fashion and in excellent condition. If you have any questions which are not covered below the please do not hesitate to contact us at support@midnightmirrors.co.uk

 

1. How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

 

Most of the items on the website are either manufactured in the UK or are already in stock. However some are special order items. Our stock levels change on an hourly basis as we have such a busy warehouse. So it is stated in our terms and conditions that deliveries may take up to 20 working days. The majority of the items are picked up from one of our distribution warehouses and delivered within 7 days. We will contact you as soon as possible should we envisage that your items may be delayed for whatever reason.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?


We do not ship outside of mainland UK unfortunately. This is mainly due to the fragile nature of all our items and the lack of freight companies that will insure the delivery of glass. However, if you wish to order from us for shipping outside of mainland UK then we will work to accommodate you with your own shipping arrangements.

 

3. What if my items arrive damaged?


Due to the fragility of our goods from time to time accidents may happen. In the unfortunate event that your items should arrive to you damaged, then don’t worry. Contact us and we will get a replacement sent to you ASAP and collect the damaged item. If in the event that we can not replace the item then we will give you a full refund.

 

4. What if I change my mind?


If the item is a stock item that has not already left our warehouse then we will refund your money in full. However, if your item has either been made especially or has already left our warehouse then we will be a charged a fee for it to be brought back to us. If this should be the case then we will issue you with a refund once it has been returned safely minus any delivery costs that will have been incurred (usually £30).

 

5. My goods haven’t arrived yet but I have had the money taken from my account, why?


We have to process your transaction in full in order for approval to be gained and an order to be placed successfully. This is standard practice on all internet sales no matter where you purchase them from. In the case that there may be a considerable amount of time before we can deliver your item to you, we will give you a full refund and contact you when the item is available.

 

6. How do I take advantage of your price promise?


Simply email us at support@midnightmirrors.co.uk with the details and a link to the cheaper price, if we are satisfied it is the same item then we will send you a discount code to reduce the price at the checkout.

 

7. Do you offer discount to trade customers?



Simply, Yes! We have worked with many companies over the years who use us to source their mirrors. We have supplied companies for them to use in pubs, apartment blocks, show homes, shops and prestigious hotels across the country. If you would like to enquire about working with Midnight Mirrors on a Business to Business level then please email support@midnightmirrors.co.uk providing us with proof of your company status and business details.

 

 

8. Do you have a showroom?


We do not have a showroom, but should you want any images or have any questions then please email us direct. As you can see above we operate a full money back guarantee should you change your mind.
