Terms and Conditions


What we mean when we say:


1. ‘Contract’: This means the agreement that has been entered in to for the sale of goods by the Company to you the Customer.


2. ‘Goods’: This is any item that is the subject of any contract, this includes any part or parts of the item and materials that have been used.


3. ‘Company’: This means Midnight Mirrors.


4. ‘Customer’: This means the person/persons purchasing items from the Company.


5. ‘Conditions’: This is what we as a Company and you as a Customer will follow.


6. ‘Carrier’: This means the person/persons who will deliver the goods to the Customer.

 

 

Terms and Conditions of Sale


1. When an order is placed this is subject to the companies’ conditions, unless otherwise agreed. All goods are subject to availability. Please email or telephone Midnight Mirrors if you would like clarification on any of the following.


2. No external parties may change the conditions or items without the prior approval from Midnight Mirrors.


3. These conditions will apply to every contract made. The only exclusion to the conditions would be when expressed or implied by statue or to the extent as is permissible by Law.


4. The acceptance of Goods by the customer can be used as evidence where needed, before any Court or Arbitrator.


5. Midnight Mirrors reserves the right to change the Conditions without prior notice. Customers are advised to always check before placing any order, to ensure no changes have been made.

 

 

Returns / Cancellations


We hope that after a purchase has been made that you are happy with the Goods received. But in the unfortunate event that you are not and you would wish to return any item to us, we will be happy to exchange or offer a refund, this will be subject to the following conditions:

 

1. The goods must not have already been installed or used in any way.


2. If you wish to return goods to us, it must be within 7 days after delivery, it must be in the original packaging, unused and with all instruction manuals.


3. Once the goods have been delivered and you decided you no longer want them, then you will be responsible for returning them to us at your own cost. They must be in the original packaging and in a re - saleable condition. Once we have received the cancelled goods, we will check that we are satisfied they are in a re-saleable condition and a refund will be processed within 7 working days.


4. It is the customers responsibility to obtain proof of delivery and receipt of any returned items.


5. The customer must contact Midnight Mirrors before returning any goods. You can do this by emailing: support@midnightmirrors.co.uk to obtain a returns number.


6. Special order/Bespoke goods, which have been made to order specifically for you, can only be returned if faulty or damaged. If this should happen then a replacement will be supplied.


7. A refund will only be given once the returned goods have been received.


8. Postal or carriage charges will not be refunded, where applicable, in the event of a customer returning goods. This is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Orders


1. All prices that are on our website, any leaflets or promotional material are in pounds sterling. The current rate of VAT is included.


2. Midnight Mirrors reserves the right to change any price prior to an order being placed.


3. When paying by Credit or Debit Cards no charge will be made to the customer.


4. Midnight Mirrors reserves the right to refuse any order.


5. Any order is accepted on the basis that the customer has read and understood these terms and conditions.

 

Liability


1. Midnight Mirrors excludes any liability for any claims, loss, damages or demands of any kind whether direct or indirect from the use of this website, whether from the loss of revenue, profits or otherwise.

 

Delivery


1. The delivery charges will cover England, Wales and Scotland, excluding the Highlands and Islands. If you wish for a delivery to be made to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland then please email Midnight Mirrors before placing your order, or we will contact you after the order has been placed to arrange delivery costs.


2. After goods have been picked up from Midnight Mirrors the delivery time will vary depending on the courier being used and the location to which they are being delivered. If you need an order for a specific date then please contact us before placing your order to ensure we will be able to get it to you.


3. Midnight Mirrors will have no responsibility attached if delivery dates are not met,

     whatever the reason.


4. Deliveries can only be made to properties which have ground floor access.


5. If you wish to make a claim for a non delivery then you must notify Midnight Mirrors in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.


6. When claiming for damaged goods you must notify Midnight Mirrors within 24 hours of delivery by telephone, and then an email within 48 hours stating what the damages are and supplying photographs before we will issue a returns number.


7. When claiming for any discrepancies with goods received you must notify Midnight Mirrors within 24 hours of delivery by telephone, and then an email within 48 hours stating the nature of the discrepancy.

 

 

 

Warranty Information


1. All goods that are supplied by Midnight Mirrors have a guarantee that is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturers warranty from where the goods have been purchased.


2. There is nothing within these Conditions that shall add, vary or alter the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty.


3. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Force Majure


1. Midnight Mirrors will not be liable or deemed to be in breach of any of the Conditions of the Contract whether set out in these Conditions or implied by Law or Statue for the reason of any delay in performance due to events which are outside the control of Midnight Mirrors.

 

 

Law


1. Any dispute wished to be made shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts as English law governs the Conditions and use of this site.
